Alif Laila: Art, Music, and Emotion (Audio-Visual Performance with Q&A)

Harold J. Kaplan Concert Hall, Center for the Arts (CA 3042)

Join visual artist and musician, Alif Laila, for an audio-visual performance, introducing the South Asian aesthetic theory of rasa, one that evokes emotions through the visual, literary, and performing arts. Enjoy melodic ragas, while viewing projections of Ms. Laila’s watercolors. A question and answer session with the artist will follow the performance.
