Learn basic tai chi movements, ask questions, & enjoy a cup of premium tea. Class taught by experienced instructor, Shifu Billy Greer, owner of Jing Ying Institute.
Tai chi improves: immune system function, blood pressure, mood, arthritis pain, balance, bone density, focus & more.
New session begins Jan 12. Open to teens, adults (all levels of fitness). Missed classes can be made up at Jing Ying, which has many classes from which to choose.
