Goshen Farm Preservation Society, Inc., and event sponsor, The Irish Restaurant Company, will present the 6th Annual Goshen Farm Harvest Pasta Dinner from 5pm to 7:30pm Saturday, October 14th, at Gloria Dei! Lutheran Church, 461 College Parkway, Arnold.

If you like to eat fresh, locally-grown food; savor a delicious and plentiful entrée; want a fun, family-oriented event; and enjoy supporting the preservation of local history, plan to attend the Goshen Farm Harvest Pasta Dinner. Be prepared for an evening of good food grown, prepared, and served by your neighbors!

Homemade tomato sauce prepared from organically-grown tomatoes is the featured main course. Special thanks to members of the Goshen Farm Sharing Garden members who donated herbs, tomatoes, vegetables, and their precious time to make this event possible. Homemade meatballs in the traditional Italian style, spaghetti squash for the gluten-intolerant folks, salad, bread, side dishes, desserts, and beverages will also be on the menu.

The Harvest Dinner is open to the public; the cost is $10 per adult and $5 per child 10 years or younger. Advance ticket purchase is recommended, with tickets available for purchase at the door.

Socialize with Society members who will share the history of Goshen Farm and the Society’s plans for its restoration. The organization works to preserve the 22 acres of farm land and its historic buildings on a more than 300-year old farm on the Broadneck Peninsula.

All funds raised benefit the restoration of Goshen Farm, one of the few colonial-era farmsteads in Anne Arundel County. Goshen Farm is located on the Broadneck Peninsula, off Cape St. Claire Road near the entrance to the Cape St. Claire community.
