Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids Grand Opening Celebration During the “Festival at Perry Hall Shopping Center”
WHAT: Cookie Cutters offers an interactive haircut experience that both children and parents won’t soon forget. Upon entering the salon, children are welcomed by an in-store playground where they can climb and slide, unique fantasy chairs – from race cars to motorcycles, firetrucks to airplanes – as well as televisions for the kids to watch shows or play video games.
The Grand Opening celebration will include family fun with face painters, balloon animals, Kona Ice, iHeartRadio, Chewy—the Cookie Cutters’ adorable mascot—giveaways, and free hairstyles from the Cookie Cutters hairstylists. Local councilman David Marks will be in attendance to participate in the official ribbon-cutting ceremony. Other shops in the area will host open houses.
