Today’s teens are so over-scheduled and over-stimulated with social media and full of stress! This class will help your teen develop flexibiity, clarity, strength, and mindfulness to help combat those stressors. Michelle will lead your teens through yoga postures and breathwork they can use in their daily life. This class is designed for teens aged 12 and over.
