BaltimoreCCHappy Labor Day weekend, all! Amid those end-of-summer grill-outs and relaxing over on a day off, here’s some great events to liven up your weekend.

FRIDAY

Baltimore Comic-Con

Baltimore nerds (and baby nerds) unite! Baltimore Comic-Con is back! For epic costumes, great exhibitors and  some really fantastic guests—Candace Patton (Iris West) of “The Flash,” Sean Astin (Samwise Gamgee) of “Lord of the Rings,” Hayley Atwell (Peggy Carter) of “Agent Carter” and Krisitian Nairn (Hodor) of Game of Thrones”—this is the place to be this weekend. Tickets: $25-65. Sept. 2-4 at Baltimore Convention Center.

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory on the Big Screen

We’re all still mourning the death of Gene Wilder, so what better way to celebrate his legacy than watching his iconic turn in “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory”? The Senator has your family covered, with showings all this weekend on the big screen. Tickets: $11.50. Sept. 2-4 at The Senator Theatre.

SATURDAY

9th Annual DIY Fest

This weekend, it’s time to do-it-yourself, but with others! DIY Fest has many great workshops and classes designed to give you the opportunity to learn a new skill, or check out some new hobbies. Best of all? It’s free! Free. 12-6 p.m. at 2640 Saint Paul Street in Baltimore.

Seafarer Tour

Alright, you landlubbers, hop aboard the USS Constellation for this after-hours tour of all four main decks, the ship’s hold and, of course, the brig. Learn not only the history of the ship and its service, but the weird and freaky sotires that come with it. Tickets: $12 for adults, $6 for ages 6-14. 8:30-9:15 p.m. at Baltimore Inner Harbor, Pier 1.

SUNDAY

Orioles vs. Yankees

This is the last game of the three-game series of the O’s taking on the New York Yankees. Celebrate your long weekend by treating the family to an All-American baseball game. Let’s go O’s! Tickets: $15-102. 1:35 p.m. at Camden Yards.
