The Baltimore choir first captivated the nation with its performance of Andra Day’s “Rise Up.” Their rendition, filmed at the school, went viral and has more than 60 million web views. They later performed on “The View” in an episode now nominated for a daytime Emmy award, and back here in Baltimore, they sang for the Ravens and at M&T Bank Stadium before 70,000 Ravens fans.

At March for Our Lives, Cardinal Shehan’s choir will open the event, singing alongside Andra Day and Common. The event is a natural for the school, which has made promoting peace part of its mission for decades.

Good luck to these students!
