In this class, students will learn how to beat the heat and chill out with a refreshing Mediterranean Rotisserie Chicken Salad Wrap perfect for a hot summer afternoon. This cooking class is presented by Chef Nichole A. Mooney of Black Girls Can Cook, a vocal advocate for teaching and inspiring adolescent girls of color to mature into young responsible women through the art of cooking and urban gardening.
