Part one of a two-part series. This two-part series on plant-based food focuses on meals for children, food prep, school lunches and family meals. Learn how plant-based foods can meet the nutritional needs of growing kids while discussing strategies to encourage them (and parents) to try new things. During your time together, there is an opportunity for open discussion and for parents to share stories and strategies of their own. Plan to attend both sessions.
Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
